Location: Muskmelon Bay, Guana Island
Today, we had an amazing day! We started the day with some cereal, yoga, and workouts on the hard top with neighboring ActionQuest boats. This soon ended up as a dance party across the anchorage. We left for sail training around 10:30, with a surprise swim stop thanks to Arden and Garrett. Throughout our sail training, we split into watch teams, practicing and applying our knowledge on points of sail and line handling. We also practiced tacking and gybing. Tucker, Jordan, Molly helped Arden with the mooring ball, Brig took us from a beam reach to a broad reach. Carson led us through a tack, and Alyssa was on the helm leading through our gybe. Molly helped Alyssa and Tucker in the kitchen all day making us delicious pasta and salad. Freddy was the designated photographer for Cathrine, Claire, and Jordan today during their fun photoshoot before our ocean showers. Greta and Ella worked on their bracelets all day today with super cool designs. Then, Tyler brought Aden from under pressure over for dinner again tonight, which is always so fun. We saw super pretty birds and a couple of amazing sea turtles. We are staying in the prettiest cove with lots of coral reefs and apparently lots of spotted early rays (my favorite animal). So excited for another awesome day tomorrow!
