Location: Vixen Point, Gorda Sound
This morning, a few of us woke up on the roof, having only slept a few hours due to limited space. Everybody woke up to another day packed with activity. First, we started off with some diving knowledge, specifically learning how to use the Recreational Dive Planner. After a good bit of waiting, we got to doing some water sports, where I did an aquatic Houdini off the dinghy. After we had some Mac and Cheese for lunch, we got straight to paddle boarding for 2 hours, where we sat around and chatted for most of it after capsizing each other for the first little bit. Then the highlight of the day came, when we went snorkeling in some shallow waters. There, we spotted three sea turtles and a stingray, as well as a collection of other aquatic life down there. We had garden burgers and wrapped up dinner with our nightly dance party. And that marks the sixth brilliant day upon the Oryx :).
