Location: Vixen Point, Gorda Sound
We woke up bright and early at 6 am to sail the boat out to the historical baths. We swam in the beautiful, clear water, playing chicken fights (which Tom T and Madi won) and tried to catch jellyfish in Eva’s swimsuit before trying to find the ‘jumping rock’ to jump off of. We were unsuccessful and ended up walking the entire island, getting lost, but having a whole lot of fun! On the theme of getting lost, we went into Spanishtown on Virgin Gorda for lunch and got lost following the simple instructions of ‘turn left’, but Tom and Lucy eventually led us there. We headed to a nearby store where we acquired our ‘moo moos’ (extremely ugly grandma nighties and our new team look ;), bought by everyone, even the boys, August, Tom, Tom, and Jerry. When back on the boat, I (Clemmie) sailed the 11km to our next destination (Vixen point) with help from Emma, Lexi, and Zoe on the sail. We then had dinner followed by an EPIC wobble off against the boat ‘Hope’, we won..duh..;). Today was another amazing day in paradise! 🌴
