Location: Marina Cay

Halfway through the trip, it still feels like it’s day 3. Today, we started off late in the morning. After we ate pancakes with Nutella and maple syrup, Holden, Mary, and I went to kneeboard with Emma driving. Right before Emma started to drive, I fell while trying to get off the line from the cleat. We all had some pretty gnarly falls, and I did tricks on the kneeboard while everyone else was sunbathing on the hard top of the boat. Once we got back, everybody had an in-depth tour of the boat and the life jacket procedures, with Grace and I demonstrating the differences in the water. After we finished the tour, we set sail to Marina Cay, and everyone just hung out or read their book. Then we got to go back to land (the place was called Trellis) and got to stay there for a couple of hours. First, we found a restaurant, and while we were waiting for our food, Otter, Sultan, Thomas, and Yates got matching sunglasses just in different shades, and Mary got a picture of them all together. Alex, Clara, Grace, and Holden bought a lot of food and drinks. All of us had our food and drinks, then went to Aragorn’s studio. Almost everyone has bought a t-shirt or a necklace, and you can buy one too at Aragorn studio.com. Then, after everyone went around a trampoline, Audrey and others did some flips on it. We waited longer than expected with Heloise and moved to another sit-down area. Once we got picked up from the dock, we left the mooring ball to move to Marina Cay. When we were anchoring, the windless kinda broke, so we took a shower and got stuff that other Consuelors gave ( like eggs and new sheets, which were pretty boring), as well as Alex and Yates started to make the tortellini. After the windless was fixed, we ate dinner. It was really good, and we had some great garlic bread. I asked my question during squeeze, which was if you had to live in another universe from anywhere( like from movies and TV shows and books). A little later, we listened to an audio recording which, before Hurricane Irma, you would go up a mountain for, but the recording was really sad and deep. It talked about parents, materialistic needs that aren’t as important really to relationships, and also about people dying and bad things happening. We talked about it afterward and also went inside to talk about dreams. Then, sleepy time.
