Location: Wells Bay, Saba

Today was day five, and it was our first off-shore sail. The first shift started at 4:30. Jack, Zoe, and Claire got up to go raise the anchor. Sloan, Peter, and Derek woke up to start their shift. They raised sails and sailed for the next two hours. Then Jack, Dasha, and Z woke up for their shift. Jack started sailing while Z and Dasha were throwing up the entire time. After, the rest of the boat woke up and got sick immediately. Zoe and Carson were sick and on the side of the boat for most of their shift. For lunch Matty p made us Raman noodles but most people were trying to sleep so they weren’t sea sick. The rest of the afternoon was wavy, but it got better. For dinner, Claire and Sloan made stroganoff. During the whole dinner, Adnon and Carson were throwing up. We got to Saba around 8:30, and most of the boat was asleep except for Zoe, Jack, and Petter, who were helping sail in and anchor. In all, it was a 17-hour sail, and we all had fun
