Location: Vixen Point, Gorda Sound

Today was a very eventful day! We rolled out of bed at 7:00 am and prepared for an activity rotation day. The first station we had was paddle boarding. Jade and I buddied up, and despite difficulties navigating the board, we managed to have a humorous time. We then headed over to knots, where we practiced the Clove Hitch knot through relay races. Following the relay races, we broke into groups of 4 and set out on dinghies for our water sports rotation. Ada truly shined on the waterskis. Shortly into our adventure, it unfortunately began to pour rain. Trying our best to push through the harsh conditions, we continued our water sports for as long as we could, but unfortunately, the conditions became too harsh, and we had to head in early for lunch.

Everybody sat around the cockpit to divulge in Tony’s questionable Mac and cheese.. After lunch, we had our final scuba chat. We learned how to use a dive table despite a high amount of confusion. We then jumped into the ocean for a salty shower. In a rush, we got ready to head into town. The cabin had a blast buying whatever junk food we could get our hands on. At last, we received our precious phones. We called home and updated everyone on what was going on. We turned them 30 minutes later and headed to the BBQ. There were hotdogs and burgers as well as a dance floor and loud music, plus a virgin drinks bar. We munched on food as we mingled around with other boats. Finally, a dinghy picked us up at 10 pm and drove us back to our boat. We have now changed and are hanging out around the cockpit. PS. Hi Carson and Mom and Dad, I miss u guys and love you lots! Goodnight!

Editors note: added some belated photos from the baths the other day!
