Location: Cane Garden Bay, Tortola
To start day 14, everyone woke up to oatmeal with fruit, except me, because I value the extra 30 minutes of sleep rather than having breakfast. After, our poor councilors, Nat and Nat, had to clean out the boys’ pipes to their toilet, because of an unknown reason, their toilet would not flush, and stunk up the whole boat. Wonderful, right? During that, the one lucky councilor, Gene, who didn’t have to face the toilet, took us to go kneeboarding in groups of 2. Ladies first, obviously, then boys. When it was my turn, I fell off and banged my hand hard on the side of the knee board, and now I have a bump on my hand. Don’t worry, though, Mom, it doesn’t hurt that bad. Then, the boys went, and I wasn’t there, but from my point of view, they all face planted multiple times. Then, we had an amazing lunch of chicken and cheese quesadillas. At this point, both Nats were still cleaning the toilet. After, we had a super fun moon dive, which is when you dive with no fins on just sand, and you can do basically whatever you want. We saw these really cute yellow jellyfish that don’t sting, and we all played with them. After, we sailed to Cane Garden Bay, and on the way, everyone had yet again a nap. For dinner, we had chicken and basil pasta with salad, and that wraps up day 14! One week until we see home! P.S. Sorry for no photos; the camera wouldn’t upload them.
