Location: Great Harbor, Peter Island
We started our day off with cereal before sailing over to Blue Chromis to dive along the reefs. We saw many different types of fish, and some of us even spotted a nurse shark! Throughout the dive, we had the best visibility we’ve had so far during our trip, so everyone made sure to take their cameras. After our dive, we had some great Mac and cheese prepared by our chefs Emi and Sonja. After lunch, everyone was busy in their groups working on their research papers since they were all due by the end of the day. Some of us got to go on a second dive with Kyler, but the majority stayed to continue working on their papers. After the dives, we sailed back to GHP, where, even on our sail over, we continued working on the papers while also starting to prepare our presentations for tomorrow. We ended the day with a very popular Mexican Night dinner, again, prepared by our chefs. Today contained a lot of group project work, but we still had fun doing it all together!
