Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda
At the beginning of the day, Margaux and a mate from Event horizon named Sam taught all of us how to tack and jibe the boat. Tristan was very good at the maneuvers we were taught. Sean and Emerson were also very good at sailing the boat. Cate and Mariah cooked us grilled cheeses with bacon and ham, which were good. After lunch, Charlie and I raced Luke and Selah on the Zests and got demolished as always because we couldn’t catch the wind as well as they could. After testing, we went scuba diving. While setting up our kits, I accidentally opened the air tank and scared myself a lot but later found it really funny. Hugh saw two stingrays and a big hermit crab which were very cool. Gianna and Talia were good at the skills that our diving instructors taught us today. For dinner, we had chicken caesar salad and risotto, which was good. At the end of the day, Ben and Sela went on a night dive with the advanced divers from a different boat. Today was a fun day full of sailing and diving.
