Location: Great Harbor, Peter Island

The day started a little later than usual because of laundry pick-up under a tranquil and not-at-all-loud melody. Early in the morning, we had a rough sail to the “Alice in Wonderland” dive site. Two plagues hit us during the trip; the first was seasickness, and the second was a much softer epidemic that hit us: friendship bracelets. Maddie is by far the best at it (; (thanks to Jules). Upon arrival, Ruby slipped into the water, falling from the boat, the highlight of everyone’s day (she is fine). We (Neptune’s) then went on the first deep dive of the trip, down to around 27m (or 82ft for the weird Americans). At the bottom, we did our certification test, which was much to Calvin’s delight. Lauren cracked an egg, and Emma L was dumbstruck by the spherical nature it kept. The Dolphins, on the other hand, saw something much cooler, a Black Tipped Shark that Emma Y ran after. In the afternoon, the girls went on a boom swing, and Alivia had a ton of fun. The guys, on the other hand, went wakeboarding, Gabriel a silent machine, Darby infuriatingly good on his first try, and Teddy persevered till he got it for good. Later, while dissecting a small shark with the other Dolphin, Kiran made a sassy necklace with the liver. The boats moor together for the night, and we are all meeting up to play games before finally sleeping cramped but soundly.
