Location: Sidney's, Jost van Dyke
Today, Alex and the Vegas woke up at 6:00 am to get ready for the big hike. After a quick cereal breakfast, they were off to the docks. The divemasters got to have a later start to study for our big exam. We spent around 2 hours studying RDP tables and then headed to shore for an early lunch. Meanwhile, on the hike, Lily and Alli took lots of pictures of the scenery. They all enjoyed banana smoothies and fruit punch at the top of the hike and made their way back down. Back on the shore, the DMs finished up our meal and waited for the rest of our boat to return. When we all reunited, we scattered around the town to go grocery shopping, clothes shopping, and eat more food. Jaden and I enjoyed some coffee, a rare treat at AQ. In the early afternoon, we regrouped on the boat and made our way to Sandy Cay, where we would have our Sandcastles competition. We decided to make a big hole that represented queso dip. We all got in it, and we were the nachos. We didn’t end up winning, but I don’t think the judges saw the vision behind our work. Back to the boat➡️showers➡️back underway to Sydney’S to have a BBQ. Everyone bought great shirts and things, and we all enjoyed some great food. Supposedly, the DM test is tomorrow, so all the DMs are a bit stressed and are studying right now. I’m going to go study right no,w too.
