Location: Savanna Bay, Virgin Gorda
Today, for breakfast, Mathilda and Harper prepared pancakes for all of us. After that, Joey taught us sailing, and we all hung out on the upper deck listening to music, and as always, Daniel sang for us. After the lesson, we were free to hang out for a couple of hours before lunch. Harper and Augustine fell asleep, and Elliot accidentally dropped his hat into the sea, but luckily, he was able to get it back. For lunch, we had sandwiches, and later, the advanced scuba group talked and prepped for the first dive.
Meanwhile, the open water group watched a long video and did a quiz, which we all passed! Then, the chefs of the day started preparing dinner, and the rest of us played BS. When the game was over, Robert, Dyllan, and Wyat played poker, and the rest of us watched them play and talked. Before dinner was ready, we took a quick sea bath, got ready, and went to eat Sloppy Joes. When everyone had finished, we played “squeeze”, and the question was “what’s your favorite country you’ve visited?”. It was very fun. After cleaning everything, we divided into the advanced scuba and open water groups again. The advanced scuba group did some quiz and learned stuff, and the open water group learnt how to put the scuba kit together with Grace, and then, we divided into two groups: Mathilda, Dyllan and Pierce; and Emma, Harper, Agustine and Emi, and did a race to which group could do it faster. Dyllan’s group won. So that was our day, it was really fun and we learned lots of new stuff.
