Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda

To start off our day, we set sail very early; some people slept in (luckily, that included me). We sailed to the baths, which are very large rocks that we had to climb through and jump off of! They also have a very interesting history involving the slave trade; you can look more into that on your own. Once we finished up with the baths, we took some fresh water showers down below, which was a great break from all the salty water we had been showering in for the past five days. After we all looked presentable and felt clean, we headed into Spanish town. We had a great lunch at Bath and Turtle, followed by a grocery run and some shopping. Overall a great first land day. After getting back on the boat we sailed to Mountain Point and did a really cool snorkel where we had to swim through a tunnel to get to the other side, a cuttlefish was spotted. Dinner followed, and then we got ready for our first night of scuba diving!!! Once we were all set up, we saw a beautiful sunset and went down. The dive was crazy and an octopus, lobster, shark, and huge sea urchin were found by various divers. Overall, it was super dark, and it really irked me. Lastly, we finished our night with showers, and Tarpon joined us (like a school of 30), and we all had a blast taking videos on our Go Pros and scaring each other. We got ready for bed, ate brookies (brownie cookies), and now we are just chilling and listening to music. Overall a busy but great day that everyone enjoyed.
