Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda
Today we woke up early to get ready for a morning dive. This was our first boat specialty dive where we had to roll backward off of a dingy and completed our boat diving specialty. This was Violet’s second dive of the trip and we were so excited she joined us and enjoyed it. Asha, Cora, Violet and I went with Maeve. After this dive we got off of a mooring ball and headed to Mountain point to complete our Underwater Naturalist dive #2. On our way over Moseley tied a bracelet, while Cora and Enya slept before getting woken up by Gene to do our second Underwater Naturalist review where we had to answer questions on taxonomy. When we arrived in Mountain point Mosley and Yunie prepared ramen for lunch. After we ate lunch we had a dive briefing explaining what the objective of the dive was and how we had to give examples of human effects on marine life, mutualism, commensalism, and parasitism. After the brief Ainsley, and Isla cleaned up lunch while we prepared for the dive. My buddies for this dive was Finn and Sultan. After the dive we had either showers or you could do water sports like knee boarding and water skiing and shower later. Isla and Sultan water skied, I knee boarded, Moseley wake boarded, while Enya and Finn came along to watch and cheer. After water sports we had burgers for dinner and got ready for a forum.
