Today our day started bright and early at 6am. For our first rotation day, we ate breakfast and started to get ready for our navigation dive. Everyone buddied up and had three tasks- count how many fin kicks it takes for 100 feet, navigate with a compass in a square for 100 feet in each direction and do a reciprocal course. Thankfully we all passed! Our second rotation was windsurfing. We all tried to windsurf, some of us were successful but some of us just fell right on our faces. Then we all went back to our boat to eat lunch. We had tuna salad and PB&J. For our third rotation, we went waterskiing, wakeboarding and knee boarding. For what I know, everyone got up, but everyone also face planted at one point. Our fourth and final rotation was driving dinghies and perfecting our knots. We all had fun. Some of us need to work on not going too fast and crashing, this includes me as well. After we finish showering, we have started dinner. I hope that it will be tasty. I’m excited to see what will happen next!
