Location: The Bight, Norman Island
This morning, we woke up to the beautiful commotion of our staff, London, kitting up in dive gear with a Dive Master to get ready to test the rescue boat at 6:30 a.m. As some of us rose, we grabbed the binoculars. Addy, Sloane, Maya, and I watched the chaos unfold and had a good laugh. Once London was back on the boat, it was around 7 am, and she started playing music to wake up the rest of the boat. Most of us lounged around as our two chefs, Maddie and Dillion, made us delicious pancakes. Once we ate, Maddie, Ellis, Zoe, and Gabe got dressed for water sports. While they were gone, we got ready to depart from GHP (Great Harbor Peter) and head to the capital city of the BVIs, Road Town. It was a quick docking once we got there, and those who wanted collected their money, and we all retrieved our phones. We soon got off the Cat and headed to a dinghy to get transported to the other side of the town. Once on land yet again, we made calls and went our separate ways, tho I will say most went to the Harbor restaurant. Dillan, being smart, left Arthur and Gabe at the restaurant to head to the supermarket. We got to the restaurant around 11 am and ordered food almost immediately, tho it took nearly 2 hours and 30 minutes to come, so most of us, such as Maya and Kennedy, headed to look around the town. Breckyn, Sloane, and I all sat together and chatted while waiting for the long-expected food. Since it took so long, most of us just got our food and headed to the dock to get picked up and brought back. WHY KNOT.
Some of us ate on board while others played cards and scrolled on their phones. Perry, Player, and London all spoke around us at the table while Kyler was giving us our certification books to sign. Once the fuel finished off, we were underway yet again, off to The Bite. It was only around an hour sail, and most of us napped the whole time. Once at the location, we would be staying for the night, we put up PFDs, and Chefies started cooking while everyone else started to shower. The oven and stove weren’t working, so dinner took a bit longer. Arthur and London started helping out. After showers, the Staff left for a meeting, and all campers ate dinner. Squeeze was fun as the staff came back home. After dinner and clean up, we finally got to find out all the staff’s ages in a game, which Dillion and Arthur won. Now we are writing letters/Cards to everyone on the boat, which is my favorite part of the trip. In all, today was a chill and relaxing day. Two more days till we all head home, all soon
