Location: West End, Tortola
Hello, it’s Jovian again. Today was an eventful morning, and a bit chaotic. We were all asleep until we heard the anchor chain being raised, which is quite loud. It woke most of us up because it was so loud. We had breakfast. We went to West End for lunch for two hours. The food was great, and somehow, the service actually wasn’t too bad. Typically, here in the BVIs, the service at restaurants is just plain atrocious. It’s strange. Anyway, it was nice to have good service. Everybody got burgers. Some had bacon, mozzarella, and other really tasty stuff. The shops weren’t much, though. There were some regular shops and then a dive and surf shop. I went in there thinking that it’d be full of really cool stuff. But all they had was a few surfboards and crappy scuba gear, nothing specia,l unfortunately. On our way out of West End, we had so much fun. The waves were very choppy, and we kept getting splashed by them, and everything was great. We would double jump when the boat rocked forward, and we could get super high. It was so fun, it’s almost hard to explain.
