Location: Muskmelon Bay, Guana Island
Today was the day of our third shore leave, which was the most significant event of today. After a rude awakening by George playing “You’re Welcome” twice in a row over the boat’s speaker, we ate a breakfast of pancakes and syrup. Then we sailed to a nearby port to fill up our water tanks. After our tanks were filled, we sailed to where we had our shore leave, which was three buildings next to an airport. The buildings were a grocery store with a food store next to it, a restaurant, and a souvenir shop. Our shore leave was two hours and overall a pretty good time. After that, we sailed to Muskmelon Bay where we dropped anchor and will be spending the night. The most notable thing that happened after that was the showers where we jumped into the ocean.
