Location: Marina Cay

Our wonderful day started in Great Harbor Peter with a nutritional breakfast of fruit and cereal. After a quick dishy pit, we began motoring to Road Town for a new inverter. After an enthusiastic celebration, our crew began Boat Appreciation, which entailed scrubbing and wiping down all of the surfaces on the boat. We fervently cleaned our beloved vessel until we pulled into the Moorings Yacht Club Marina. Road Town was colorful and full of local shops and markets. Maya, Ellory, Breckyn, Sloane, and I ventured to the French Market and indulged in chocolate pastries, macarons, charcuterie sticks, and espresso. We feasted on our foreign treats outside the shop next to Zoe, Addie, Maddie, and Ellis, who secured pickles and baguettes. While we were in town, Arthur, Gabe, and Dillon disappeared to take land showers in the Moorings spa. In the Market, everyone restocked their supply of snacks. We reconvened on the boat, bounty in hand, and speedily departed to the Ginger Steps dive site. Our voyage was extremely bumpy and chaotic. By the time we reached the dive site, we did not get in the water due to an incomplete mooring ball and swell, which became apparent only after we had set up our gear. So we quickly headed out, battling some more turbulent waters, and we arrived in Marina Cay.
