We were up bright and early to prepare for our long rotation day. A huge rainstorm awoke us, so we knew our day would be long and wet! We started our day off with man overboard training. We did this aboard our very own Tanis Marie. The session started off well but ended with a torrential downpour. After our very wet MOB session, we headed off to waterski/wakeboard. The weather was on our side, and we all managed to waterski and wakeboard without the hard downpours. Soon we were off to eat our delicious grilled cheese lunch. The whole Tanis crew became very close during this lunch because the rain caused us all to huddle together to keep dry! After lunch, we were off to navigation practice aboard the boat Changes. Our navigation chat was long, but we are now all the more prepared for our sailing exams. Our last rotation was our second fish identification dive towards our fish ID specialty license! This dive was one to remember. Many people saw their first sea turtle and stingrays! This dive was one to remember. Some were even lucky enough to see some moray eels and an octopus! To finish our very long and wet day, we showered and had fresh water showers before our wonderful and VERY yummy summertime Thanksgiving dinner! All in all, even though our day maybe have been wet and rainy, it was still one to remember and a great finish to our tenth day at AQ!
