Today’s wake up was more on the chill side relative to other mornings. Nothing better than pancake batter coating the boat floor from a mishap last night involving Dereck and the batter exploding on him. Anyways the pancakes Emmy and Anya made with forks because the spatula went overboard were delicious, all things considered, and we geared up for an incredibly fun moon dive. For those who don’t know what a moon dive is, you take off your fins underwater with extra weight keeping them down so that you are negatively buoyant. We partook in some underwater fights and pyramid building. Logan and I as well as some others, got stung by fire coral in the process. After the moon dive, we set sail to Road Town for lunch. On the way, some of us played some 21 questions which Emmy, Regan, and Tessa were somehow geniuses at. We got our phones back to talk to family and friends during shore time. Once we finally got the correct check from lunch, we headed back to the boat to race the others from the dive side. Anya, Dereck, Paul, Mirah, and I all got turns taking the helm during the race while the others Emmy, Maya, and Garrett, pulled some pranks on sleeping Noah. We ended up taking 3rd place, but we were the winners in my heart, so that’s all that matters. The chefs started making dinner while Mom, Dad, and Abuela had to leave for a meeting leaving us to our own devices. So naturally, when we finish ocean showers, we have a dance party in the pouring rain after hacking into the speakers. We sang along to many songs, some of the favorites being See You Again, One Call Away, and Every Time We Touch. Dinner was some delicious pasta, and once we finished, we started writing cards for everyone on the boat to read once we departed as a little memento considering we had to say goodbye in a few days.
