Location: Vixen Point, Gorda Sound
Today we woke up at 5:00 AM to get our PFDs on for a 3-hour sailing trip to a beautiful beach. All the Vega sailboats came together from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM for the BOAT OLYMPICS!! We did tug of war (which we lost) and many other fun games that got us very sandy! Eli was the anchor, and Greyson was in the front. We won some and lost some but overall super fantastic. Jackson leads us to victory in the relay races. Claire and Drake were the wonderful cooks for the day. They made French toast for breakfast, yummy mac and cheese for lunch, and garden burgers, mashed potatoes, and baked beans for dinner. Carson helped start the fun dance party tonight by singing some Taylor Swift for us amazingly! Claire, Emily, Nat, Carson, and I all munched on some saltines and read throughout the day. John Luca and Luke got into an awesome beach battle against the second wind boat #theybothwon, and we all became friends with the people on second wind!! Juni and Drake helped steer the boat. They did a great job. Day 6 was a hit, and we were all having a blast. We miss you all❤️
