Hey everyone!
Today started off with oatmeal for breakfast, which, to be honest, wasn’t my favorite, but it was still a good start to the day. After that, we set sail for a three-hour trip to a beautiful spot. The sail was peaceful and gave us time to take in the views, and when we arrived, we rafted up with the boat Pirate Song. It was so cool to chat with other people from a different boat; it felt like we were all one big crew for a bit! Next, we had the Boat Olympics, where the boats compete against each other in challenges like tug of war and a race that totally reminded me of Wipeout. Unfortunately, we didn’t do our best, but we did pull off a win in one category! Max managed to balance the longest on a fender, and that secured us the victory. We all gave it our all, though, and had an amazing time cheering each other on. After that, we sailed to another gorgeous spot, where we’ll be doing rotation day tomorrow. The sail wasn’t too long, and by the time we got there, we were ready for dinner. And let me tell you, it was some of the best chicken I’ve ever had, props to Toby, Siena, and Xaviera for that one! Then, it was time to prepare for our first night dive. A bunch of us, Bea, Max, Xaviera, Jimena, Lauren, and I, got ready, and let me tell you, it was the most fun but also the scariest dive I’ve ever done. There’s something about diving in the dark that gives you an extra adrenaline rush, but once we were down there, it was incredible. Overall, today was a blast full of fun activities, beautiful views, and some real bonding moments with everyone. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings. Finally, Max wanted me to write ”Happy birthday, brother, hope you have fun as an adult”. Y mamá me lo está pasando muy bien y no estoy muerto.
