Location: Pinneys Beach, Nevis
Today we woke up to a late start at 8:30. Evan and Walker woke up a tad bit earlier to make pancakes. Walker used his special artistic gifts and made silly shapes with the batter. Jackson, Juni, and I scarfed some special pancakes because we had to go to shore to go for a bike ride. A guy named Reggie owned a mountain bike company and told us to take the road around the island. This bike ride was very challenging and had many hills. Jackson and Junis’ favorite part was seeing all the small towns and stopping for food like ice cream. Towards the end of the long mountain, we rode very fast down the hill, and it was so much fun. At the very end, after 20 miles of biking, we got smoothies and fancy food. The rest of the group was participating in a fun kayak adventure in a cove. Mia and Im Im were stuck behind because of the wind and had to paddle extra hard to get back with the group. JJ, Tati, Evan, Ellery, and Walker all had fun chill kayak rides. After a long day in the sun, we went to the Hamilton museum and had a fun beach BBQ with good native Caribbean food, and took photos together. JJ, Tati, and Ellery had a fun conversation. Mia and Im Im enjoyed our food. Now JJ Walker and Jackson are sharing stories and bonding.
