Location: Wells Bay, Saba
Everyone woke up after their morning naps after the night passage and looked around at the beautiful scenery of Saba. Fog covered the tops of the mountains, and it looked like the view was out of an alien planet. We got a late start to the day, so we had a very simple brunch, cereal and bagels. After the dishes were washed, it was already time for the scuba divers to be picked up and taken to the dive location. Ari, Aidan, and Mark were shuttled off of the boat with a dinghy and brought to the dive boat. On their dive, they saw lots of cool ocean life, such as a barracuda and turtles swimming around them. While those three were diving, Theo, Nick, and I went snorkeling. While swimming around the island, we saw many colorful fish around the reef and a stingray. After everyone returned from their adventures, we all took ocean showers, and Margaux showed Ari, Aidan, and me how to make friendship bracelets. We made bracelets until dinner, when we had garden burgers. After dinner, we ended our day by winding down while watching a movie.
