Location: Marina Cay
This morning we all woke up with some good tunes and started a great day! We had cereal for breakfast that the gopher Emerson brought out for all of us. Next, we started our sail to the Dog islands. First, we had to put out the main sail, which Sean and Leuck helped with to get us sailing. We split up into our three sailing groups, and my group was first. Cate started on the helm to get us off the anchor. While sailing, we practiced Jibing and Hugh did a good job pulling on the jib sheets. Charlie’s group had a lot of fun watching him hit 10 knots while being on the helm. We then anchored at the Dog islands to eat good mac and cheese that Talia made with Leuck. Tristan helped with putting out the anchor. Margaux set up a boom swing off of the boat that she had surprised us with. Luke and Mariah were the best on the swing. Then we had a diving contest which Selah was really good at. We sailed to Marina Cay to finish off the day with tortellini and sea showers.
