Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda
We woke up at seven today, which is much later than our usual 6 o’clock wake-up time. It was another rotation day today, and we started with water sports where the boy’s dingy stopped working, so the girl’s dingy had to get waved down and had to tow their dingy to another boat for them. During water sports, Georgina got catapulted so high in the air by a wake but still ended up sticking the landing before we got waved over by the boy’s dingy. Our second rotation was scuba diving, this dive was our last confined water dive, so next time, we will be able to dive in open water. But when we got back from scuba diving, we realized that Odin II (our enemies with a fake D1 athlete) and Moonshadow (who we thought were our ally) had snuck onto our boat and “pranked us” though Odin 2’s pranks kinda sucked and Moonshadow’s prank messed up a bit. Odin II’s prank was to just steal Maui Jim’s from us, which is just theft. The fact they did this after we wrote an apology letter because of what we did yesterday is just disrespectful on another level, we will now not only be targeting Odin II, but we will also be targeting Moonshadow. The third rotation we did was paddle boarding, but some of us stayed behind on the boat, so then Odin II or Moonshadow couldn’t prank us again, and because the last time I was personally paddle boarding, I was paddling Zander with about 12 loaves of bread and some bagels in his lap and his arms. As one of Odin II’s pranks, they took the pirate hat that Zander got from a candy store in Spanish town for six dollars and hoisted it up as one of their flags, so during water sports, Zander snuck off of the broken dingy and swam 150 yards to Odin II as they were hanging out in the stern of the boat and untied about 20 bowline knots (which are hard push to untie) and took the pirate hat off their flag pole. The hat ripped a little, though, because the counselor on Odin II, James, started to come Zander’s way. We came up with some very good pranks but are waiting to attack, so then the other boats think that they are safe. Tomorrow Zander, Jack, and I will go onto Moonshadow and crack eggs around their boat. Yesterday we dropped the bucket that we cleaned the boat with, and today, Davis dove down and got the bucket in 23 ft deep water. As I’m writing this, we are playing mafia because we can’t eat until our special guest, Jake, gets here. Sorry, I wrote so much. Jack says he loves his mom so so much and misses her too. Karina also says love you, mom and dad.
