Location: Great Harbor, Peter Island

Today we woke up to the slight glow of the morning sun and were met by bagels with peanut butter, cream cheese, and even Nutella. It was a chill morning, and many people were able to get some work done, unless you were Sonja, who decided to take a nap lasting one hour and 30 minutes while we were underway! Ari, Kylie, Tyler, and Ellie all worked on fish IDs, and everyone did the knowledge review for our underwater photographer certification. We then had lunch of PB&Js and some cheese and deli meat sandwiches. We did one dive today at GHP Wal, where we practiced our photography and were able to get some great pics of the marine life! There were some other fun activities that people took up underwater, such as how Julia and Emi played hide and seek behind some coral. We then had some chill time where we got even more work done(we are pretty studious), and Maren was able to get through more of her book. Around 4:50, we were allowed to water ski and wakeboard, so most people did that while Ellie and Mahe made dinner, which was chicken ceaser salad sandwiches, risotto, and corn. Juno, Julia, and many other people took up the wakeboard and were able to surf around while Josie hung out with Mahe and played in the water. Julia was impressively able to get up on the wakeboard, and Emi flexed her muscles as she cruised on a knee board surrounded by jellyfish. We ended the day with dinner and a squeeze of touching each other’s feet.
