What’s up, guys? Today was an awesome day. We all woke up pretty early, around 7. As soon as I woke up, I was called straight out to the dinghy to go to another boat to have a skipper meeting. Nat and I listened as Emma, who was the skipper on the meeting boat, talked about how the mini-race today was going to be run. We had to pick out of a bucket for our number to see where our position was in the race, and our boat got put as the furthest boat, which gave us a big disadvantage. After Chase and I took some caffeine, I got right on the helm. Jack H and Lyla raised the sail, and we got ready to sail. Nat and I didn’t hear that the race was starting, so when they started a ten-second countdown, we weren’t in our position, so we had to go all the way around the furthest boat, which ruined our chances of doing good. Even though that didn’t end well, we still had a big day ahead. Next, we went to the spot where we started on Day 1, which was on Tortola. We got to walk around and go to this amazing bagel shop with Andrew, Lyla, Emilia, Caroline, Thea, Corn, and Jack H. Sophia, Sloan, Chase, and Grayson got food from Pussers. After we all were done, we walked around and went to the stores there (Brodie Clan got some fire merch today). After a grocery store run with everyone, we went back to the boat.

Then, we set sail to the next spot. During this, we headed upwind in 30 knots, and we got permission to go on the transom and jump when we would go over huge waves while listening to fun music. Grayson got some massive air and was teaching us how he did it. Then, we scuba-dived with Garrison and Jo, and we worked on Peak Performance Buoyancy. Lyla couldn’t equalize so she finished her dive but got a good shower in. Underwater, we did some skills, then messed around. When we came up, we all were greeted by Corn (Jack M), who made an amazing dinner, which was breakfast for dinner.
Shoutout, family (I love and miss you guys. See you guys in a few days. PS. Sorry, Dad, for spending so much money today).
