Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda
Hey everyone, it’s Landon. We started the day off by waking up to our boat blasting music, which everyone woke up besides Eli. We all got up, and Charles put out oatmeal packets for breakfast. Amelia made a devious peanut butter green apple instead. After that, we all got ready to go wakeboarding, slalom skiing, and water skiing. Drake did a pretty cool jump when he was wakeboarding. Kai did pretty well on slalom skiing also. After we all finished taking a turn on the skiing and boarding, we went on the dinghy and went to go scuba diving. Chase, Christina, and I got grouped up. The other groups were Kai and Amelia and Carla and Alex. Everyone else was too advanced and scuba-dived somewhere else. Charles did a cool backflip after they finished scuba diving. When we were scuba diving, Chase spotted a stingray that was on the sand. Once we finished scuba diving, we went back to go eat chicken salad. Luke, Eli, Juni, and Chase were all having a jolly time discussing sailing theory. After everything was cleaned, we paddle-boarded, and then Amelia and Carla practiced their diving skills, which weren’t going so well. Then, we all learned all the types of knots at the bow of the boat. Drake was the best at knot tying and tied all seven types. We had some delicious beef stroganoff and garlic bread and then ended the day with a fun game of Uno.
