Location: Muskmelon Bay, Guana Island

Hey, it’s Elsaaa,
Today we woke up around 7 o’clock. Campbell and Andrew made the most delectable cinnamon pancakes, Emelia didn’t approve of their shape, but they eventually ended up perfect. Our boat got scammed by Nomada Carribean who ate our Nutella, but we had enough to last through the morning and to our trip to Trellis Island, where we sailed for an early lunch. Me, Leoni, and Julia had the Mongoose burger, which slayed on the first bite, until Julia said it tasted like meatloaf, then I couldn’t taste anything else. But the fries HITTTTT! (EXPLOSIVE 💣)Jackson had a red snapper (so Jackson, I love it), Emilia had chicken fingers 🐔 Carly had a hummus platter, Campbell had Caesar 🥗, Peter had a pepperoni pizza 🍕, and Zoe got tacos. I also had THE BEST DRINK EVER, a VIRGIN STRAWBERRY DACKERY. After that, we went shopping on the island and stocked up on a hefty amount of boat snacks. After recent missing snack reports, everyone’s been on edge, but this recent stock-up has relieved food tension. Today and yesterday and all the days have been paradise. This morning Roman was at the helm of the boat after we got our anchor off; he killed sailing. He’s always cracking jokes and helping take care of us. Sadie, Julia, and I took some 10/10 naps and helped make cleat knocks and throw them in the ocean when we docked to refill our water—bringing me to my next point of the day. After going to the island, we sailed to get more water and then anchored close by for the night, where we swam and took our ocean showers. I love the water here; I sometimes close my eyes for a bit, then open them to readjust my eyes to the insanely beautiful view!! Today was amazing! 🤩 for dinner, we had chili again with fab SALTINE crackers. I was skipper, so I led the squeezed circle tonight. My question was, what would be your dream job or future? I loved hearing people’s responses. After that, it was time to clean up, which is what the dishwashers are doing as I’m writing this. In all, today was AMAZING and super chill. I loved the chats we got to have with other boats today (like Odyssey) and learning how to apply the dive planner chart to scenarios to determine pressure groups at certain depths. Together I’d rate today 100000/10!! Signing off now, Night!
Ps.
Zoe fell off the dingy, getting onto the boat after the island which all her clothes and her groceries. Three of her chocolate bars SANK, but her water made it out safely.
(Ps. Hey, Mom, I love you and miss u. Have fun in Stinson!! ☀️)
