Location: Vixen Point, Gorda Sound

Mango tango started the morning by waking up at 7 to a crisp cloudy morning with the sunrise shining over the mountains. Then followed a sit around the outside breakfast table watching the birds fly by with cereal. After completing our chores selected by a wheel, we set sail in “zests” (dinghy sails) with pairs (Gigi, Sofia)(Jamie, Arthur)(Cooper, Cas)(Lea, Liv)(Helena, Addie)(Oliver, Abby). Lots of laughs and memories were made from a windy and challenging experience. Just before lunch, we had to focus on the recreational dive planner to complete part of our PADI course. Then cooks, Gigi and Oliver carefully crafted Mac and cheese full of flavor and wonder. With bellies filled for water sports, Arthur had an amazing water skiing stint and managed a backflip, and Lea was able to stand and fly over the waves. Paddleboarding after lunch was relaxing and an experience of extra bonding between mango tango. After, we hang out on Del Viento boat making new friends and talking about our experiences. Ocean showers followed after a long day then we grilled veggies burgers on the bbq with an unexpected guest who sold refreshing virgin mango coladas for our dessert! We made bracelets to close the day.
