Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda
Hi Aloha Parents, today we woke up at 7:30, and we ate some cereal for breakfast. Today we were lucky that we had two dives; one naturalist dive for our certification and our first fun dive! For the first dive there, we were split into two groups. CiCi took my group with Ellie, Sasha, Camille, and Alivia. Gene took Ana, Sophia, Eric, Hugh, Owen, and Beckett. On our first dive, we were given the task to spot and name four different fish and invertebrates. Our group spotted a ray and several cleaner shrimp. On our second dive, we dove around the “Shark Planes,” where there were some cool sunken planes, and we spotted two nurse sharks and another stingray! For lunch, Gene made Mac N’ Cheese, and for the rest of the afternoon, we completed our naturalist knowledge review and chilled. For dinner, we had veggie burgers that were unexpectedly delicious.
