Location: Vixen Point, Gorda Sound
Today we woke up all pumped for another rotation day. The night before, we decorated the whiteboard to surprise Davis since it was his birthday. We congratulated him and got everything ready for breakfast, where we had cereal and milk. After that, we did clean up to get the boat neat. Then we had a dive chat, which consisted of going through our PPB book and the navigation chapter. Lilly, Shane, and Alta went on the paddle boards for an amazing adventure in Mosquito Island, while Carlo and Asa went sailing with the Zest’s. Riley and I went to do water sports in the dinghy and got some pretty cool pictures. After getting ready, we finally got our phones and texted our family and friends. At 3:30 we were in the grocery store and bought delicious snacks to eat on the boat. After 40 minutes, we got back to the boat and relaxed in the salon. We arrived at the bbq and were waiting in line to get our meals. When we finally got our food we went straight to the dinner table, and Julian ate a hamburger, Sophie ate a hotdog, and Myles had some pulled pork. After socializing with other boats for a very long time, music started playing, and that hyped everyone up. People started going on the stage, and Zoe was hyping everyone up, and at one point, everyone started dancing. We had an amazing time on the stage while bonding with everyone in the program. When it was time to go back, no one wanted to since we were having a blast. When we got back to the boat, Maya came up with the idea to go to the bow of the boat to star gaze while eating the snacks we bought at the grocery store, and we were talking about how cool our day was and how much fun we had at the bbq dancing with everyone.
