Location: Great Harbor, Peter Island

Today we woke up in Great Harbor, Peter Island, and had a quick breakfast of cereal while planning for the day. After cleaning up breakfast, we soon were underway to Wreck Alley, off of Cooper Island. The Neptunes, who are older than 15, prepared to dive the wrecks for their 3rd and 4th dives for their wreck certifications. The Neptunes, who are younger than 15 are too young, so they went on a second dive just for fun. While the Neptunes were doing their dives, the Dolphins were only working on their presentations for their research projects. After our first dive of the day, we all had a lunch of chicken salad sandwiches, grilled cheese, and quesadillas. Once we were finished pumping tanks, the 15 and older Neptunes once again went to dive at Wreck Alley. This involved penetrating the wreck and officially receiving our wreck diver certifications. After our second wreck dive, we returned to shower and swim around the boat. Once we were all clean, we started to get ‘breakfast for dinner’ ready. Later tonight, we are going to go to another boat to take the test for our certifications.
