Location: The Bight, Norman Island
Day 14 started off slow, which was great after waking up at 3 am to carry out a prank the night before. We all woke up, had super delicious pancakes cooked by Claire and Quinnlan, and then set sail to the next destination. We arrived at Norman Island and were greeted by a giant ship carrying a restaurant on the roof. We shuttled over and got our orders in as fast as we could, and ran to jump off into the crystal blue water. All of the wonderful counselors jumped in together, and the vibes were so good. Emma, Katie, Grace, and I chowed down on some mahi and salads and enjoyed the super pretty view. All of a sudden, it was time to head back home to Beso. We all said a quick hello to our friends and family on our phones and then jumped into the dingy to Nomada. When we arrived, we quickly put on our masks and fins and headed to the coolest snorkel ever. The rocks and caves surrounded by the clearest blue water had us all amazed. We saw tons of fish and giant purple jellyfish swimming around. Finally, we ended the day by cooking and cleaning and getting ready for dinner.
Editors note: Photos were tragically lost as Emma’s phone took a bath in 50ft of water <3
