The Ladder
It’s Julia here to update you guys on what’s been happening here on Shape Up. We had a late night last night with our voyage from The BVI to Saba, so we all got to sleep in till 9:30. I think Emilia and Gala were really happy about that because they had been up all night because of sea sickness. We started our day off with a good breakfast of pancakes and eggs made by our chefs, Rainy and Ainsley. After breakfast, everyone that was able to dive went for a dive with Wombat. Some of the divers from Shape up were Ella and Mason. The rest of us went snorkeling, where Brennan and Adam saw a baby turtle and followed it for a few minutes. When everyone came back on the boat, we enjoyed some Mac and cheese for lunch. Then we got ready for our hike up “The ladder,” which is the old post office, and everyone was mind blown that someone had carried a grand piano up the stair. It was a fun hike with many great views, and we got to walk around the town for a bit and see some locals, which got us prepared for tomorrow when we get some more shore time and when some may hike to the top of the Netherlands. Will just need to wait for tomorrow to see who gets to the top!!!!
