Location: Cane Garden Bay, Tortola
Today, we all had to get up at 6:00 a.m.! To get ready for the 7-mile hike. But before we left we all got our phones headphones and filled up our water bottles, when we got to the dock, mike gave us this long talk about the hike, after that we started the hike, Jade, Lio, Nikki, and tegan, all stayed together so did me(Austin), Liam, Levi, Brooke’s, Aodhan, Henry, and hike was up this big mountain and is the highest point on the island, up until the first rest point it is really vertical and steep so it is hard, but onece at the top of the mountain there is this shop the sells banana smoothies, soda, and ice cold water. After the hike, we had some shopping time in the small town of Cane Garden, which has some good restaurants that we all ate at. Once back on the boat, they took our phones. We sailed to a beach to have a sand building contest, we decided to make a treasure Chest with a bunch of shells as the coins, Lio somehow found a crab and when the judges came over she put it on the chest to help boost our score, we did not win tho sadly. We then all took showers and got ready for a barbecue at this place called Sidney’s peace and love witch had some cool shirts that we all got and some good bbq chicken, when it was all over tho a bunch of us went to other boat to talk with the other kids. Then, after a long day, we all got ready and went to bed.
