Location: West End, Tortola
This day marks the beginning of a journey. When you arrived you were greeted by Mike, who showed us around the boat and got us checked in. After we got checked in and settled we had to do swim tests. The test included four laps and treading water for ten minutes. Later we had dinner and started our duties. Then we went over roles and procedures in a group. Lastly we took showers using hoses and prepared for bed. Most everybody stayed up late and got to know everyone better.
