Location: Great Harbor, Jost van Dyke
Today everyone slept in later than usual and awake to our daily alarm songs. Hunter and Tucker made fluffy pancakes for breakfast while I ate cereal. Hunter and I departed the boat after breakfast to finish our open water course and earn our open water license. As we returned to the boat with good news to share, we found out Megan, Scotty, Tucker, Quin, and Gabe were off waterskiing. After a couple of hours and moving locations, we arrived at Road Town to eat lunch and walk around. We split into two separate groups unintentionally, and so Tucker, Gabe, Quin, Hunter, and I went to the nearest restaurant to eat lunch. After lunch, we decided to walk to a large grocery store and met up with Ellie, Helen, Meg, Moseley, Zora, and Sovo. When we returned to our boat, we returned to our original lactation to retrieve our counselor’s, Mac’s, phone that he had dropped in the water in the morning, tie up with Amused, and sleep for the night. As soon as we arrived, Hunter and Tucker made everyone a breakfast-like dinner, which was sausages, biscuits, and beans, while I ate cereal. Our dinner was a wonderful finish to our 18th day in the BVIs.
