Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda
This morning, we all woke up before the wake-up music. We ate breakfast, which was cereal and cantaloupe. After clean up, we had to go to this meeting about expectations and safety, which took a while because there was a lot to go over. When we got back to the boat, we needed to watch a scuba diving video while a guy had to fix the broken fridge with Annika, our skipper. By the time the fridge was done, the video finished, and it was time to get off the dock and start sailing. Some of the people were sitting on the front nets after Ava, Payton, and Holly put up the main sail. Nikoloz, Alex, and Patrick put up the jib, and Mac steered the boat. After a while, she switched with Abby. Then, around 30 minutes in, it got really windy, and the people at the front of the boat got soaked. Later, we went to this beach and ate lunch, which was PB&Js. Then, we needed to watch another scuba video. After everyone we watched, we needed to write a test. We finally got to the second spot and went swimming majority of us got stung by small jellyfish. 2 of the staff told us it was time for the swim test. We had to swim around the boat six times and then float for 10 minutes. After that we got out and ate dinner, we had sloppy joes and are about to watch another video about scuba diving.
