Location: Antigua
We woke up at 8:30. Miranda and Violet made a delicious breakfast with chocolate croissants and bagels with cream cheese, and then we prepared the boat to start sailing for Antigua. We ate wraps for lunch, and then we got assigned shifts for the sail. Right after lunch, Sophie, Miranda, and Noah were on shift, and every hour they had to do the boat check. Underway, we started to play the Rhythm Master, which was super funny. Alex and Violet were on the shift from 3 to 6 pm listening to music, so they didn’t fall asleep. We were all excited that no one got seasick this trip. Then after a long day of sailing, Audrey was on the helm (the wheel), and an unexpected squall hit us. It was a surprise for everyone! Alex and Miranda were caught off guard, and the honey fell off the counter. After that, we decided to anchor for the night and rest, and in the morning, we finished sailing to Antigua.
