Location: Great Harbor, Peter Island

Today, we woke up at 6:30, and Alana and Lexi started preparing breakfast burritos for us to eat for breakfast. While they made the food, the rest of us set up our dive gear before a full day in the water. After breakfast was eaten and cleaned, we made up a lecture on chapter 4 of our rescue book. Then, it was time to hop in the water. We were in the water from 9-12, working on skills from rescue 6 and 7. We learned how to save an unconscious diver and bring them to the surface, and then what to do once surfaced. On the surface, we had to check for consciousness, provide rescue breaths, and shout out to the boat to get help. After each of us practiced this twice, we ate grilled cheese for lunch. Then, we did another lecture on chapter 5 and went back in the water to practice unconscious diver at the surface while using a pocket mask. Then Alana, Lexi, Eve, Huddy, and I went out on the dinghy to do water sports, and after Huddy wiped out and Alana went once, it broke, so Jake had to come pick us up. When we got back to the boat, we went to the other side of the bay and mega rafted with the rest of the dive side. Next, we all took ocean showers, and Alana and Lexi made Thanksgiving dinner. After dinner was cleaned, we did our emergency O2 lecture and learned how to set up the O2 tank. Finally, we hung out with other boats and went to bed.
