Today we all woke up in the cockpit and had oatmeal and pineapple for breakfast. Caroline and Oscar were the chefs today, and Chase and I ate all the pineapple scraps. The first activity was waterskiing, wakeboarding, and kneeboarding. While we waited for the first group to finish, another boat (Hope), which big Jack had done sail chat with the night before, visited our boat. In my group, Evelyn went first on the waterskis and did so well. I also did waterskiing while Caroline and Thea did kneeboarding. Next was the highly anticipated water scuba lesson. My group was our counselor Tony, who is also a dive instructor, Jack from Tennessee, and Chase. We were the first group to finish and ate lunch, which was chicken salad sandwiches or PBandJ sandwiches. We went to another boat, friendship, and most of us started making bracelets. When we came back to our boat, we went zesting, which is basically sailing small boats, and big Jack and Topher (previously mentioned as Forbes) raced Harrison and little Jack. Zesting was a bit harder than we anticipated, and when Topher tried to jump into a boat with me, Caroline, and Lou Lou, he bumped his head (he’s fine), and the boat capsized, and I got stuck under the sail (I’m fine). Next, we took ocean showers and made dinner, which was soooooooo good. Caroline and I sang Taylor Swift while the pasta cooked and discovered that Lu can speak three languages and that English is her third language, which is so impressive. When we finished dinner, we had our appreciation for the day and the daily squeeze question, which I asked because today I’m the skipper. We finished with a Congo line around the boat, and James told us about the rain and boat Olympics tomorrow!!!!!!! We are so excited!
