Location: Marina Cay
Today I woke up drenched because I decided to sleep on the hard top. I just came downstairs just in time to see London, waking everyone up playing In Thneedville from The Lorax, then, grudgingly got up and ate breakfast, and then got prepared for what new experience today in the beautiful Caribbean ocean of the BVIs. After lunch, we were briefed on where we were heading, which fun fact. The dive we were getting briefed for was, in fact, Jacques Cousteau’s favorite diving spot in the BVI‘s, which was absolutely spectacular with an abundance of underwater life, including nurse Sharks, flamingos, tongue, snails, lobsters, and puffer fish. And at the end of the dive, but right when we surfaced, as always wasting no time, we headed back to the boat to DK and were prepared to sail to town, where we all settled to eat lunch. We enjoyed well-prepared and delicious sushi, watching planes take off and land from the airport, and then, of course, restocked on snacks. We headed back to the boat to head to Anchorage and make dinner, and for the first time this trip, we realized that there hadn’t been an argument one time today.
