Hey, parents, this is Jaden writing to you from the BVI. Today was full of excitement and fun. We are having a dance party as I write this message home to you all. We started the morning off with some delicious eggs, blueberry muffins, and a whole lot of excitement for the beach that we were about to go to for compass training. We all jumped in the dinghy and headed to land for the first time in what felt like forever. I was partnered up with my friend Mateo, and we were navigating up and down the beach. After the training sesh, we were all rewarded with a little morning beach time. George and I dominated the chicken fights with other guys, such as Sean and Francisco. After the beach, we headed back to the boat, and half of us went out for some knee boarding. Eve and Maddie killed it out there today, and we all had lots of fun. After that, we went back to Aloha and set sail for Sand Circles to do our dive. We went down to about 25ft and practiced our navigation skills under the water. Frankie and Madora were one of the best, Haley and Elizabeth were balancing upside down on their heads underwater, and Sophie was finally able to equalize and do her first dive. After the dive, we all headed back to our rest spot and had chili bowls for dinner! It was a great day, and I can’t wait for tomorrow when we go to the Baths. See y’all next time
