Location: West End, Tortola

Hello, my name is Adnan, and I’m skipper of the day. Today was race day! The race was going to be the biggest one yet. We started the day off by eating cereal and juicy fruits. Since I am the skipper of the day, I had to attend a meeting on Mike’s boat, Tonic III. The meeting explained how the exciting and action-packed race was going to work. The race had the boats lined up across to the right on a small island and sailing to another island, then back to another far island. Second Wind took the wind in the end, but Shape Up didn’t get last! After the race, we motored back to West End, the place where the trip started, to start our exhausting deep clean on our boat. The deep clean took a while, but we managed to clean the boat in under 3 hours. Once we were done cleaning, everyone went to shore and had at least one refreshing drink of their own. When shore time ended, we all got ready for the last barbecue, which had great food. Then after the barbecue, Mike gave a huge touching speech and read a fun little children’s book at the event. Finally, we headed back to our boats to rest.
