Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda
Hi everyone! Today we woke up at seven, and we had bagels and cream cheese with a side of yogurt for breakfast. We then got ready for the day, starting off with our first activity of water skiing. Nat finished her book, and Piper went knee boarding, and she did really well! After we went diving with our dive groups and we all practiced our skills underwater!! We had lunch, after which was delicious grilled cheese. Our chefs, Jackson and Greyson, did a great job. We were all so excited to get revenge on our friends’ boat because they stole our bread! We took all their shampoo and shoes and put them in different bags, and we put both bags on top of their sail! It was so funny. Me, Juni, and Luke kept a lookout in the dingy, and we went in the boat named Hope and put duct tape adding less to it to make their boat name hopeless!!! Claire, Carson, Jackson, and Drake all went on the boat with our counselor Garret and pulled the prank. We then had a sail chat where we talked about different parts of the boat and learned about them.
Since it’s rotation day, we went paddle boarding and sailing! While we were doing that, Johnluca got a jellyfish sting, and so did Greyson! They took it like a champ, though. Jackson and Eli paddle-boarded and connected themselves to Drake and Juni’s sail! Carson, Claire, and I then connected too. Nat went sailing with Piper, and they made it back to the boat first. They are really good at sailing! We had risotto and salad for dinner, which was so good thanks to our chefs again! It was an amazing day, and we can’t wait for tomorrow. We miss you all!!!
