Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda
We did our first search and recovery dive and a 10 mile sail in rough seas only to have arrived at Mountain Point for a little snorkel off the boat. After our freshwater shower we all chowed down on Mexican Night. Some of us (Cal and I) came up with a call sign for Marina, hence the blog title. Somehow we eventually ended up in the salon writing this blog. The dive chat is coming up soon. Oh! I almost forgot to elaborate on the day. During the dive we practiced different search patterns and recovered a weight belt and a toy crab. We also somehow managed to sail almost the entire way to Mountain Point on one tack. In total we saw a massive grouper, flying fish, albatross, yellowfin, and a shark!
