The day started at 6:30. We woke up to a new morning playlist which began with the song Sunrise. For breakfast we had cereal, it had got a little messy because it had fallen all over the floor. After breakfast we drove the dinghy over to one of the other boats for our first open water dive that was honestly the best part of the day and had seen so many fish, but one of the other groups got to see a shark which I would have loved to see, but unfortunately my group had gotten out of the water a little too early. After our dive, we had gone back to the boat where Cooper taught us how to make Turk’s Head anklets and bracelets. I struggled at first, but it finally came to me. Later when it was time for our showers we set up a rope swing for the first time on the trip. For dinner, we had the things that you would have on Thanksgiving like stuffing, mashed potatoes, and green bean casserole. Instead of turkey, we had chicken, which wasn’t that bad. Then we had sail chat where we learned which boats or things here have the right of way in the water when boats are passing by. That is all that we did today, can’t wait for tomorrow.
